Factorization of operator valued Lp for 0 ≤ p < 1

In [5], it is proved that a bounded linear operator u, from a Banach space Y into an L_p(S, ν) factors through L_p1 (S, ν) for some p₁ > 1, if Y* is of finite cotype; (S, ν) is a probability space for p = 0, and any measure space for 0 < p < 1. In this paper, we generalize this result to uv, where u : Y → L_p(S, ν) and v : X → Y are linear operators such that v* is of finite Ka?in cotype. Some heteroclinic solutions of a model of skin pattern formation

In this paper we study travelling wave solutions to a system of four non‐linear partial differential equations, which arise in a tissue interaction model for skin morphogenesis. Under the ‘small‐stress’ assumption we prove the existence and uniqueness (up to a translation) of solutions with the dermis and epidermis cell densities being positive, which are a perturbation of a uniform epidermal cell density. Continuous dependence on modelling for a complex Ginzburg–Landau equation with complex coefficients

Continuous dependence on a modelling parameter is established for solutions of a problem for a complex Ginzburg–Landau equation. A homogenizing boundary condition is also used to discuss the continuous dependence results. We give a characterization of Gaussian chaos laws on Banach function spaces which do not contain ℓ _∞ ⁿ 's uniformly. 内参量热力学中的应变参量分析

以连续体的各力学守恒定律和熵函数为基础,给出了完备的变形体内参量热力学的表述框架。讨论了将热力学状态参量分划为外参量和内参量的必要性和依据,论证了热力学内参量和非弹性变形的关系以及将各种类型的非弹性应变列为内参量的数学条件。给出了考虑非弹性变形的内参量热力学基本方程,讨论了熵平衡和熵产生的关系方程和行为特性。引入两种定义的变形体自由能函数的表述方程,给出了各相应的状态方程组。
